Anna Maria Realty Inc. originated in 1957 as Blassingame Realty. It was a smaller office built to provide clients both personalized and expertise services on sales and rental of our Island's real estate. The present broker was licensed in 1974 as associate and assumed office in 1976. Today, as Anna Maria Realty, Inc. we are offering these identical services.

Areas Serviced
Areas serviced are Anna Maria Island's three cities, Anna Maria (North End), Holmes Beach (Central City), and Bradenton Beach (South End). On the mainland, we service northwest Bradenton with all cities being in Manatee County.
